Cranberry Orange Muffins and Meri Meri

I love our assortment of cupcakes cases from Meri Meri this time of year.  

We have spring colors and Easter collections that will brighten up your kitchen! 

Yesterday I made these muffins and they were so quick to prepare and so delicious!

The mix I used is from here and I will definitely be getting these again.

Not all mixes are created equal and this is a really good one!

Just add eggs, oil and water.

Spring Banners

Filling the shop today with all things spring is what I like

to call wishful thinking.  While I'm happy to see some of our customers

around the U.S. experiencing springlike weather

here in Utah we had quite the snowstorm.

But a bit of snow is perfectly ok because,

just like the Shop Around the Corner in You've Got Mail,

spring is also just around the corner

and we are excited and ready to go!

My mom is our shop's decorator and she has been busy moving into her new home.  

Tomorrow she will be back at the shop making the magic happen
