Home Update

The weather is finally starting to warm up here in Utah and it feels so good!  

We have had more rain this year than I can remember in a long time.  

It has been great for our grass!  This morning I made a trip to the garden center 

before work and started planting.

This will be the before picture.  I'll post an update after our door is finally painted.  

It looks blue in this photo, but it's actually white.  It will be painted a gray blue in two weeks.

Life is a difficult, messy and beautiful thing.

Be careful what you see on social media.  Even ours.

Yes, we love pretty things but that does not mean our lives are always perfectly put together.

Someone suggested that a friend going through something difficult

come and talk with me.  She responded, "why would I do that, her life is perfect."

We can laugh for days about this.

Life is messy and that's ok.

Life can be sad and that's ok.

Life can be completely 100% awesome and that's really ok.

Life can humble you, amaze you, inspire you and love you

and we just need to love it right back.

Just when I think I don't need all the colors of our new handbag I fall in love with another color.

Our signature handbag in gray is a great basic and goes with everything.  

We love that they can be dressed up or down which makes it a nice handbag to travel with.
