Home Update

Planning on switching things up for the holidays and changing my yellow door 

to a French blue gray.

My inspiration has been a couple of charming white homes in Connecticut.  

Now I'm in search of the perfect shade of blue gray.

My parents are building a new home and will be parting with a few furniture pieces.

Creekside, A Stellar Living Community

Today I had the pleasure of touring Creekside Senior Living 

which is located not far from the shop.  I was delivering gifts as we assist 

with their corporate gifting and had to share this beautiful and hip way to retire.  

Their grounds are stunning!  

I just wanted to grab a fountain drink and sit and watch the ducks swim.

I love all the books.  The place is filled with them and cozy spots to read.

And of course we approve of the french lavender and cafe.  Oui Oui

The rooms are all very bright and cheery.  

Below is a game room. Other rooms include a fitness room, salon, and theatre.

Chantily Lace Bake Sale

My beautiful friend Angelique Chantale is hosting a Chantily Lace Bake Sale 

this coming Saturday, September 22nd at 9 a.m.  

More details can be found on her Instagram page @angeliquechantale.  

All profits are to benefit Primary Children's Hospital.  

She is a reminder to me that one person can make a difference.

At her last sale she earned $1,500 for the Utah Food Bank.

She brings people together for a beautiful cause

and her desserts are works of art.

She reminds me of my favorite quote

and she is always running around making things beautiful in her wake.
